| If you are a production company
wishing to shoot a film, commercial, or print ad, the following
rates apply: STORE CLOSED
All options include full use of the store, the computers, large projection screen, and one staff member on the premises.
OPTION 1: FULL DAY RENTAL
Time: 8:00am - 8:00pm
Price: $5,800
OPTION 2: HALF DAY RENTAL
Time: 8:00am - 2:00pm or 2:00pm - 8:00pm
Price: $3,000
OPTION 3: HOURLY RENTAL
Time: 8:00am - 8:00pm
Price: $700 per hour (pro rated for minutes)
STORE OPEN
The store may be left open to the public under the following conditions:
1) The production and crew consists of no more
than 3 people.
2) There is only one camera, one light and
one microphone.
3) No more than 2 adjacent computers are needed.
Time: 8:00am - 8:00pm
Price: $400 per hour (pro rated for minutes)
EXTRA TIME
Any extra time either before or after the specified hours will be billed at $750 per hour.
FURNITURE/COMPUTER REMOVAL
Furniture and/or computers can be rearranged per the client's request for an additional charge of $100 per hour (minimum one hour).
FOOD & BEVERAGES
A la carte cafe service includes full espresso bar, soft drinks, wine & beer, pastries, cookies and snacks.
Catering available upon request.
